What populations do you work with?

I work with adults aged 18+.

If you do not have insurance or choose to opt out of using insurance, self-pay rates are as stated below:

Initial assessments (60 minutes) - $180

Follow up therapy sessions (53 minutes) - $160

7. Do you offer in person or virtual sessions?

I currently only offer virtual sessions using a HIPAA compliant platform for clients in the state of North Carolina.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

I don’t have insurance, can we still work together?

6. What is the No Surprises Act?

I don’t believe insurance should be a barrier to accessing care.

Please reach out to me and we can discuss self-pay rates and/or if I have any sliding scale or pro bono slots available.

I am also happy to make referrals for financially accessible options.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects consumers from unexpected surprise medicals bills.

Under this law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost prior to services being rendered.
